Join us at the farm for a hands-on introduction to harvesting and preserving your own culinary herbs!

This workshop begins outside in our garden where you will learn how to identify different culinary herbs by both their appearance and their fresh and fragrant aromas. After picking your own collection of herbs, you will head into our indoor workshop space and learn how to preserve these incredible garden flavours into your own take-home culinary products:

  • a herbal infused salt

  • a herbal infused vinegar

  • a bouquet garni

Class includes all materials, a handbook and house blended teas to enjoy.

Private workshops for groups of 6-12 guests can be booked in the spring and fall. Please email us for more details.

Cancellation Policy: Our class sizes are small, which means that when you register for a workshop you may be denying another guest the opportunity to attend. If you can no longer make it to your class, your registration may be credited to a future workshop (of equal or lesser value) or transferred to a friend. All workshop registrations are nonrefundable.
